Wild Rose Banana Almond Dessert Martini

Add 1 large ice cube into a Rocks glass 

In a cocktail shaker add:

1. 1.5oz Bacardi Oakheart
2. 0.5oz Peach Liqueur
3. 1.5oz Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
4. 0.5oz Lemon Juice
5. 3.5oz Earl Grey Tea
6. 2-3 droppers Calder Chai Bitters
7. Ice
8. Shake well

Pour into the glass using a strainer

Add a slice of lemon for garnish
