Enjoy a sweet and spicy take on the Sour Cocktail with our Spiced Amaretto Sour. A classic with a 21st century twist.
Build in shaker:
- 1.5oz Amaretto
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25-0.5oz Rich Demerara Syrup (depending on your sweet tooth)
- 2 droppers Token Calder Chai Bitters
- Optional: Add egg whites for froth
Fill shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Pour over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
