Where your order ships from
Every order is packed and dispatched by hand from our facility in Edmonton, Alberta.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within three to four business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a statutory holiday begin processing the next business day.
Pre-order items ship when the batch is released. The expected release window is shown on the product page, and we email you when your order is on its way.
Delivery methods
- Edmonton local delivery. Delivered by courier within the city.
- Elsewhere in Alberta. Delivered by courier or freight, depending on the size of the order and the destination.
- Pickup. Available by arrangement. Email sales@tokenbitters.com to book a time.
We do not currently ship outside Alberta. If you are outside the province and would like Token, email us and we will point you to the nearest stockist.
Rates
Delivery rates are calculated at checkout from your postal code and the size of your order. Some rural postal codes fall outside our delivery area. If yours does, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Alberta container deposits
Alberta container deposits are added per container at checkout, as required by provincial regulation. Deposits are refundable at any Alberta bottle depot and are not subject to GST.
Glass, and what to do if something arrives broken
Our mocktails and bitters ship in glass. We pack accordingly, but transit damage occasionally happens.
If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, email sales@tokenbitters.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage, including the box. We will replace the damaged bottles or refund them. Please keep the packaging until we have replied.
Storing what you receive
Unopened bottles keep for 12 months. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within two weeks.
Wholesale orders
Approved wholesale accounts order through their account login, where the delivery terms and lead times specific to that account apply. To open an account, email sales@tokenbitters.com.
