The Orchards 75 Cocktail is light and sweet with fruity notes. Expect a tart, bubbly finish to this simple yet elegant cocktail.
Build in shaker:
- 1.5oz Gin
- 0.5oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz 1883 Elderflower Syrup (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 droppers Token Ritchie Cherry Bitters
Add ice. Shake Thoroughly. Strain without ice into a champagne flute, or over ice into a rocks/collins glass. Top with Sparkling Rose and garnish with fresh fruit.
