Here's the perfect cocktail for a hot summer afternoon, made by Shak from Black Pearl
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz rosemary infused El jimador tequila
- ½ oz of cointreau
- ⅓ oz lime juice
- ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ⅓ oz grapefruit rose syrup
- 2 droppers of Token's Ritchie Cherry Bitters
Instructions
- Half rim a rocks glass with pink Himalayan salt mixed with dried rosemary
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake & strain ingredients into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a grapefruit or lime wheel and a rosemary spring
